Celebs and YouTubers can do what they want.
There has always been a thing with good comedy makers and actors wanting to do music, and to be musicians, and then it not working for them.
A few examples:
Billy Connolly
Not funny when he does his folk music
and
Jim Carrey
Plays the piano
Celebs can just do what they want, even if it sucks
